Six out of seven of our old, bubble sky lights leaked during our last hail storm. Can anyone recommend a water tight seal that can handle the Arizona sun, monsoons and extreme temperature changes? The roof is metal and is six years old.

Call the manufacturer for the skylights or the company that installed your metal roof. It could be a problem with the flashing (or lack thereof). These old "bubble" type are a real problem. If you can afford to replace them with a quality skylight like Velux that would be my personal choice were I in your position (and take the energy tax rebate). Skylights do require checking and maint. for upkeep.
