The bottom floor (walk-out basement) is stucco; the main floor is vinyl. The deck is green with white pickets and rail. The roof is green metal. The back of the house also has pillars that have this gray stucco.

Should I paint the stucco white? Some other color?

Match it as close as possible to the vinyl color. White is not the dominate color- it's the trim color. The problem with white is staining from splashing. As you can see to the right in the second photo.
That becomes a nightmarish problem to keep under control- So, if you can't beat'em- Become the same color- or as close as possible!

I'd go with a very light harvest gold. I love stucco houses.

It's not a stucco house.
We're talkin' exposed foundation here!
And I very seriously doubt "harvest gold" will go with what appears to be a beige vinyl siding.

Try to match the deck green and paint the foundation the same green. It will make the house stand up to the deck. It will take your eye off the foundation and see the house. By the way...great looking house.

That stucco is just crying out for purple. Vibrant deep purple. It will really offset the siding beautifully.

Some earth-color to coordinate with that pale yellow. Not white though; too stark and will show the dirt.

I live in a historic town and alot of houses are stone with the stone or exposed concrete foundations. Alot of the foundations are painted the same color as the stone--very seamless loo.

Forget the paint. Install bushes to block the view of the exposed concrete from the foundation in side yard. Somethng that grows rather quickly or is already a few ft high from a nursery. Boxwood?

As for under the porch, I would go with the same type of lattice work that is around the corner and continue to install it between the pillars. You could make a nice arched entryway opposite from the bottom of the stairs You can use special hilti shot concrete nails for concrete but you will need an air hammer.. I would cover the pillars with some type vine that would grow up the pillar. You could also plant nice vines like honeysuckle in front of all the lattice work. THey will grow up through the lattice and in a few years you will have so many humming birds feeding there it will be amazing.

Painting concrete is so boring.
