I am in the middle of getting quotes on a fence...I am in VA. I understand prices can vary, but any guesstimates? It's pretty much 95 X 70. 3 sides with a gate...
Since you didn't say what kind of fence, I'm going to assume you want an invisible fence. If so, I can install that it for you, for the low price of $100. Contact me with your bank account details and I'll take care of the rest!

I recently installed a (Home Depot) vinyl panel fence with 4X4 posts in concrete. It's about 90 feet long, cost about $1,000 for materials, free labor. So roughly $10-$12 a foot.
Gates ad more cost because it can take 1/2 a day to get them right.
I replaced my wood fence in 2007. 215', 6' high, 1x4 cedar pickets, 3 2x4 treated rails, galvanized steel posts, 1 gate. That works out to $16.89/ linear foot.
Every fence I have had to replace it was because the wood posts rotted out first, so this time I went with galvanized steel posts.
Treated wood pickets are cheaper but they warp badly. No fence company in this area will warranty treated wood pickets, and many refuse to install them at all because the customer always ends up unhappy with them.
