I used to live in Huntsville. What about Madison or east Limestone County? Lots of nice big homes there (cheap too) and it's only 15 minutes from Decatur. Very good schools on top of that.

Got a question, my house will be framed soon - I want to prewire for an intercomm/music station in my home. What type of wire is it? the CAT6 in wall wire?

It's usually a 16 or 18ga multi-wire bundle depending on the number of satellite stations.
