Yes. Although the cause is probably a frame that is not true there is usually a quick fix. This will work if there is not a large variance from true vertical.
Take each hinge pin out (one at a time) and bend them slightly, just enough to make them less than perfectly straight. It may take a bit of tapping to get them back in.
Once all are reinstalled you should have introduced enough friction for door to stay where ever you put it.
