I am looking for color/trim scheme advise for a new paintjob.
Aiming for warm mediterranean/sleek contemporary look that compliments the new black framed windows.
As you can see, the house is basically a box. It currently has ugly faded beige siding paint with salmon colored trim paint on all the soffits.
I am thinking of the following...
Main paint: Devine teak (actually looks little more golden yellow than this picture)
Trim paint: BM Black bean soup
Instead of painting the entire soffits, I thought of painting the whole thing body color (devine teak) then just apply black trim around the metal flashing on top of the soffits (there is about a 2" metal flashing trim on top of the soffits.) Also thought of applying black to the vertical deck posts that separate the deck glass panels.
Any thoughts on this?
Door color?
I am open to ideas including adding/changing trim color or trim scheme.

It's not my taste, but there is nothing wrong with it. I'd say it depends upon where you live and the style of the other houses in your area.
