OUCH! My back. Seriously. It hurts so badly! I usually sleep on our sofa, because my husband works nights and for some reason I feel more "on point" if something were to happen if I'm on the sofa downstairs. The sofa is VERY comfy, but sometimes a girl needs to stretch, so I go to the bed. This bed is like a torture device. I wake up hurting, twisted, aching. We KNOW we need a new bed, but can't afford one right this minute. Can anyone assist with quick fixes for a horribly sagging mattress? It sags in the middle of the bed, right where the majority of our weight is. We can't flip it, either.

Any range of solutions is welcomed...this is a short term, maybe a few months fix.

Thanks in advance!

Put a sheep of plywood under the mattress. It will stiffen the sag and make it feel a bit more strudy. That's all I can think of at the moment.
