Hi,

I am planing to buy a house. I liked the house in all aspects except the master bath. I am skeptical about which way i want it. It has garden tub/shower combo in a signle piece ( tub and the walls in single piece). Even though its a garden tub, it looks small in size. I am thinking to remove the linen and reposition the tub in angular direction at corner(just a thought). But not sure if we can get both shower and big garden tub in that direction. If i get only garden tub,I wont get shower. I am in a dielmma. Is it good if we dont have linen?.Is it good for resale if we dont have shower and only garden tub. Do people look for big garden tub (separate) when buying a house.closet is next to the master bath.

Please suggest which one is best?

Thank you.

I am not familiar with the term "garden tub" - but I've just gone through a MAJOR remodeling of our master bath. If you can send me your measurements, I can help you. Just PM or email me.
