One of the doors to a wall cabinet in the kitchen I'm remodeling is warped and I want to repair it.

These are older custom cabinets, not easily replaced. The hinges are outside mount and adjustments haven't closed the gap where the door curves away from the cabinet. The door is warped outward at the bottom edge only.

How can I repair the cabinet door without ruining the painted finish?

A little more info please. Is this a solid wood door? Is this one piece?

I'm trying to picture the door... I'm afraid that there is not much you can do.. unless you get a wood expert to make a new door.

Or maybe he would advise you if there is something that can be done.. but I doubt it.
