How do you make a window spray cleaner? I've seen recipes using vinegar, ammonia, liquid soap, etc, how to put together?
I have black appliances, and nothing seems to get them clean, including Windex. Seems all it does is smear, and they aren't that dirty! The only cleaner that works is Lysol kitchen spray cleaner, but its so expensive for everyday use.
Whatever cleaner you go with use cloth tea towels to clean. I get them at the dollar store(sometimes 2 for a dollar) they clean windows and appliances with no streaks.
And they go in the washing machine to re-use. Even using the cheapest cleaner( I use ammonia and water...make my own) I get NO streaks.

I use the same cleaner for everyday use. The forty ounce bottle is 2-3 dollars at Target/Walmart. I usually get the 96 or 128 refill at Home Depot or Lowes for a lot cheaper per ounce.
I then make a 2-1 solution with the Lysol cleaner in my own sprayer and it lasts three times longer and cleans just as well for everyday use. If I have a really nasty mess then I use it full strength. All cleaners can be diluted and most of the labels recommend it for most cleaning jobs.
I agree with the 1 part white vinagar to one part water in a spray bottle. Works great and isn't expensive. Only problem is that DH hates the smell of vinagar!
