As long as you don't mind sharing expertise in estimates, would you mind throwing one out for me as well?
We are replacing the original boiler that provided domestic use and a radiated floor. We intend to go with a new water heater and forced air heating/cooling, all electric.

HELP!!!! my house is 1450 sq. and has a 5 year old Dubeuris Boiler system for base board heat and domestic hot water.
there is a space pack a/c system in the attic just for cooling. the house has no duct work with plenty of excisable space.
what would it cost to get a complete system including duct and humidifier install?

Apparently, more than what any previous owner thought the job was worth.
I'll swag it at $5000 with flex duct

On the left coast you're ballpark is 7-10 bucks per Sq/Ft depending on difficulty and equipment efficiency.
