Mildew smell from water faucets

All of these remedies sound logical, but I just bought a brand new faucet & I get a mildew moldy smell.. I must run the water for at least 3 minutes & it clears so the vinegar & baking soda thing to clean the aerator is out the window.
Its very disturbing because mole /mildew can make you sick. This happens with all my faucets in my house.
I'm already sick, don't need something else to compromise my health...

If it's in all the faucets and the odor is not coming from the drain, it's from the water.
