We are looking to buy a house, it is 2820 sq feet in Fairfield county. But, we just realized it has only one zone for central air and forced heat (gas). Anyone every convert their home to two zones...or maybe have dampers added to the ducts so you can more easily control which rooms receive air conditioning and heat?
I read on another board that any home over 2200 sq feet should have at least 2 zones.
