I'm excited to get to read another one of your remodels. I have to agree, the location on the canal is a plus.

Hell with the house. Look at that beautiful water behind it. I'd never go inside that house anyway. Live on the dock would be my life. Why would anyone ever want to go indoors when they had that behind them?

Oh yea, the kitchen does have Dinosaur footprints in it. Let me know when you're ready.

Wow. Good morning and thank you all for all the nice compliments. It's nice to write a story when I feel welcomed back like this

ncjeff-You never know. Those kitchen cabinets may be considered vintage one day

CSD610-You are right. Those pictures actually don't look too bad. I will show more detailed pictures next week.

Driller-It's good to see you.

em-You are so sweet. I love my life too

Earl_n_Steph-Welcome to the Mike and Lisa world and our stories. It's great of you to stop by.

Tex-I think the before and after pics are the best....as many others do too

Sunnydee-Thanks for writing in. I know I have made you wait a long time for this one.

beachmouse-Yes that was some lovely green astroturf on the lanai, lol....but I can't divulge my secrets yet

HL-It's good to see you. Yes the canal is the best. And there are dolphins and manatees in it. It is very very cool

desertsun-It sounds like you want to grab a beer and live on the dock

CA Sweet Pea- I am happy to say..."I stated the story"

crazyworld-It sure is.....lots of fun to come. Wait until we get to the sledgehammer part

Sheepie-Thank you for writing in.

PippySkiddles-Yes this is the flip we finished last year and I am just getting around to posting the story for it

scuba steve-I'm glad to see you here.

cassy-Thank you for writing in. I'm glad you found the story

Lisa....when you and Mike buy a house like this, without ever seeing it in person, do you have a home inspection done?
