Sad to say, that is often the truth. Honestly that is the reason I am on our HOA Board, I was asked to run as no one else would. People love to gripe and complain but when it comes time to put up they go hide in the corner.
As far as Huey, I was not asked to run for the Board because "I was Quiet" I was very vocal about nothing being done by the staff and our complex going down hill.
