If there are no threaded/mechanically assembled fittings then a panel is not required i.e. if all the fittings are glued, then no panel is required.

I have a problem with my tub the drain pipe appears to be leak I live on ground floor the flooron the other side if bathtub wall is wet I looked at the drain and it is disconnected from chapter I Gus's that what it's called the drain pipe is disconnected and kind of loose how can this be fix does the tub have to be removed
