Any suggestions for getting rid of fleas in garage? Don't know why they go in there. It is just concrete floors, simple garage. Need to get rid of them asap and for good. Would like to use natural as possible ways to get rid of them, however, I need them to actually be gone fast. Anyone else have experience with fleas?

Is there anything in the garage where they could be hatching, like your car? Only way I know of is to set one of those bombs off. They could be coming in from the outdoors, where you will also have to get rid of them also. If you have a pet, start there and use flea bath. Although vacuuming will kill them and also Borax, you will need to find out where they are coming from. If you use a spray make sure it contains IGR.

Do NOT use a bomb if you have a lit water heater or other possible ignition source in the garage( yes it could even be the garage door opener motor). The atomized vapors of the bomb could ignite and explode( a real bomb!)

Those fleas came from a host.

Do you keep a pet in the garage? If so, treat your pet with a monthly medication that kills eggs and larvae too.

Do you have rats? If so, put out rat poison, eliminate the food source, close off how they are entering the garage.

Raccoons? Squirrels? Find and seal off how they are entering the garage.

It doesn't matter what you do to kill fleas in the garage if you don't address how the fleas got there.

After you've treated your pet and eliminate ways for rodents to enter, you can sprinkle borax all over the concrete floor.

Flea bath isn't good enough for a serious infestation.

Advantage II or Frontline Plus would be best because the both kill eggs and larvae in addition to mature fleas.

Hire a pest control company. While it may not be the cheapest method, at least you will have professionals taking care of it.

Use 20 mule team borax on the floor along with Advantage on any pets you may have. Went through tons of different methods with my cats when I lived in SoCal and that was the only thing that worked long term.
