^^^Funny!
I like critters... they are food for my cat.

======================
Can be as lazy as a HO can be as so they believed with house maintenance....

A new house as believed will never "age" in the eyes of its beholder....

A new house as believed will never loses its value again in the eyes of the beholder....

A new house will never ever be a money pit as many do believe, hence better....

A new home will not have bad neighbours (yah... so long someone don't build on the lot next to yours... better yet, buy that lot or lots from the developer so that won't ever happen... and you have that choice to buy that lots don't you to expand land???? I know I can if the neighbour is willing like my MIL's did = buy that land next door).

A new home doesn't needs its lawns mowed, its commode / plumbing fixed, its interior painted, the kitchen updated etc. in 30 years time when ready to sell. Only that old home do... just the way it is, see 1st point.

Mojo is as good as the money returns for me.... if that new house can do that, yah, undeniably great mojo... with that bad vibe or not, that dead "elvis" or not.
