you guys talking about sheets brought back a memory . Years ago I was driving to work and this lady was throwing boxes and boxes of stuff out to the curb and I saw a box labeled sheets . I asked her if I could have them and she said yes and then she said wait a minute ...she then brought out 7 boxes of queen and king size sheets . she asked me to take them all and I did and I gave a box full to a girl who was hurting financially too so she was grateful and so was I . The lady said she was throwing them out cause her husband was being stationed to Italy and she could not take all of these . I had sheets for almost 10 years and I'm talking really nice cotton sheets exspensive ones too . not cheap at all . she asked me if I wanted some china too and gave me that too . I sold that for almost 300.00 I needed the money .

It’s Funny Mr. Kayanne, but I did not give details very well. My favorite bed sheet is simple, warm in the winter & cool in the summer.

I've had both silk and Hotel Collection cotton in the past, and my favorites are Jersey Cotton. Just comfy.

I love Sferra and Frette but they have gotten too expensive. I have a friend who has sheets from Brooklinen I fell in love and ordered a set with a matching Duvet cover. If you get the set with Duvet cover it's 25% off. Her sheets were crisp and matte finish, not like slippery sateen sheets which I hate with a passion.

Cotton percale. These days it wrinkles a lot though (they didn't used to). I require my sheets and pilly cases ironed smooth, so percale is a lot of work, but they feel best.

Another jersey cotton fan here. I love the comfort of these sheets, even though they're not as luxurious as others.
