I am in the proccess of air sealing and adding insulation to my attic and had a questiorn. The attic is unfinished with baffles in the rafters and fiberglass batts. The baffles aren't very long and I want to add more batts on top of the exisiting ones.

If i install long baffles in the rafters can I install the batts right up to the baffles as long as the batts dont fall down into the soffet and the baffles stick above the batts?
