Ditto what others have said about Dawn. Whenever I need to clean the stove after a big fry-up or something it's always a multi-part process, first lots of soapy suds with Dawn or another dish soap just to get rid of all of the grease and crud, and then after mopping up all of that, using a regular spritz bottle cleanser (I use vinegar & water, my dad swears by Windex) to get rid of any residue and make it all shiny and streak-free.

Everywhere, k mart, walmart, ace hardware, trak auto, it's actually an automotive product, but has many household uses, and, it is non toxic too! safe for use around human foods.
Those Mr Clean Magic Erasers work great. They do tend to pill up when using them, bu they'll get through the grease real quick.
