Can a fly or insect disturb it? I have flies in my room sometimes that lands on the ceiling and sit there. I think I saw like a tiny tear in it, looked like torn paper, but that has probably always been there as I haven't touched the roof at all. It looks more like orange peel without the "bubbles" or a VERY smooth and soft perlite? Doesnt have like a single "popcorn spike", what is this texture called?
Is this texture harmfull?

The first two are called spray texture that wasn't widely used here in the West until the 80's. Prior to this we hand applied skip trowel texture.

Just read about popcorn ceilings, I have on the ceiling like tiny bumps, but they look painted over and smooth, not sharp like the pics I've seen, is this a popcorn ceiling? The bumps are like 1-2 mm and VERY smooth as it looks, is this dangerous to my pets?

You've answered your own question. Popcorn ceiling has pronounced edges and is more three dimensional than simply textured:
Also, several posters have told you that even if you have "popcorn" ceiling, there is no reason to be "scared to death" if your home (or ceiling) was built after 1978. For someone who is frightened that an insect might possibly disturb your ceiling texture, you have not been forthcoming about the age of your home (or ceiling at least). Drama much?

You don't have a popcorn ceiling.

My goodness! The ceiling is not going to chase after the OP and smack him on the head
Not unless a fly lands on it and pulls the whole thing down.
