I think for me it was when I tore my Achilles tendon and had surgery - about a week.

Maybe even less...I got out of the house as fast as I could. I can't stand being housebound.

Going outside? or leaving your property? My all time record was 2 months... but that was me not leaving the PROPERTY! I was mostly inside, but would venture out the backdoor to take the trash out, fill the bird feeders on a daily basis, shovel snow, etc.

I went through (and maybe still am in) a depression when my husband died - I sometimes don't go out at all for 5-7 days. What is the point of this question?
