I bought a 2 year old home that I am renting out for oneyear before I retire. The originalowners installed a very nice laminate floor in the living/dining room area. When I move into my new home I would like toreplace the laminate with hardwood floors. One of the secondary bedrooms will be used as a home gym. Would it be possible (or cost effective) toreuse the laminate in this room?
We re-used about 180sf of high quality floating laminate and it's just fine. Would do it again in a heartbeat.
