We have an update!

I filed a complaint with the BBB about this issue. I am fully aware that this company pays to be a member of the BBB, so the BBB has a vested interest in taking care of its customers, but I filed a complaint anyway.

I got back a written 'Your complaint has been filed' message from them, and I waited.
A day or two before their imposed deadline, I got a call from the District Manager of the company.
He was very clear to apologize and understood my concern.
He has since issued me that bond - under his company's name - for no cost to me, other than the yearly 195.00!

I feel so much better, knowing my concerns were heard, understood and taken care of!

Dancing the happy dance!

If you don't like what a company has done, by all means, do what you can to get it resolved as I did, and I wish you success!

Glad to hear you got what you wanted. Unfortunately, you had jump through fire to get it.

Now, the reason question is- will they truly honor the bond if you have to use it???

Well, having the contract now, and securing it off site, if there's any reason for me to use it, I've got the contract which specifically states they must treat and remove...

Those little albino ants (aka termites) are certainly a menace!
