I sent the article yesterday to my dad, who 84 years ago came from Frazzano, Italy (sicily), just for nostalgic reasons. We're about 20-30 years too late to give it a run. Finding steady labor and materials is a nightmare though. Every project add at least 3 - 5 times longer and more expensive than you budget or anticipate it taking.
But alas, I dream!
