I have granite counters and a cast iron skillet. I get splatter on my counters all the time. Does anyone have a tip on how to clean the counters without damaging them?
I found a great degreaser for my fan hood and filter but I think it would be too caustic for the granite.

I wipe with any grease cutting dishwashing liquid, then follow with Method Daily Granite. It smells heavenly and makes the counters look nice.
