Neat, but in my old neighborhood sheds were not allowed. Plus adding electricity. And it looks like they didn't put it on concrete, so expect infestations and rot. And I hope they put in heat and air conditioning.
We have a huge shed, but we use it to store our outdoor Christmas decorations, our camping gear and our lawn equipment. But it DOES have electricity, including air conditioning. The former owner used it as his woodworking man cave.
I also think it is neat, but I wouldn't want to have to go from house to shed in summer or winter just to watch a movie.
I've thought though, about knocking out the end of my 12'x16' shed and adding a greenhouse for home grown vegetables.
I already have a line from my irrigation there.
