I was helping my mom clean her shower prior to caulking. In addition to the standard seams at top and bottom, there seems to be a seam about two thirds down the wall- as if the stall was installed as two pieces.
I only even noticed there was caulk in this seam when cleaning out grunge with a toothbrush and some of the old caulk was pulled out. It was about the width of the tip of a pencil- tiny, and fully interior to the seam. SOO... my question is, how do we even recaulk that? Should we just put a regular bead over the edges and not try to recreate the tiny inner seam version.
Sorry if this doesn't make sense- I didn't get a picture.
Looks like a similar process to the linked youtube video (didn't view it). Oh, and do use silicone caulk in wet areas.
