Probably not. They are fairly inexpensive to begin with these days. Most I see on CL are way overpriced, and you don't really have a way of 'fact checking' the price without specific model numbers.
I am currently on my second used TV from craigslist. First one cost $100 in 2008 and lasted until this year. This year I got a gorgeous Panasonic that was only 1year old - list price was around $850. I paid $240
I really lucked out this time. My tv went out on a Friday afternoon, and I immediately jumped on CL. I only saw one worth looking at, and figured I would have to buy a new one. I sent the guy an email, he wrote back, we made a plan to meet on Saturday, and I went and got it. He got a several responses after me, but was decent enough to hold it for me since I contacted him first.
Buying them on CL is a pain- you have to make contact, make sure the person isn't a weirdo, make sure they don't live too far away, then make plans to meet, hope that works out, and then hope that its as good in person as in the picture. A lot of points where things can go wrong. That is why I was so thrilled to get the only one I sent an email for on the same day my TV went out.
I answered yes, but in truth I simply won't buy another TV (new or used) as they aren't part of my lifestyle.
But I have no issues with buying a TV, depending on cost and intended use. I had bought a used one in the past for use in my exercise room because it was about 1/5th the price of new.
