I am looking for the easiest solution for setting up a deck (with a pergola or gazebo). Something like Ikea furniture, but not furniture. Pre-manufactured. Either deck or some flat hard surface that I can put on the lawn permanently, without a long and expensive construction project.

Look to your local lumber yards. Many have what you are looking for in kits. Everything is pre-cut with directions, and hardware included.

Pavers!
Hope the ground is relatively level, rake out a thick layer of sand and throw down the pavers- done. It won't be pretty, won't stay level for a long period of time, but will be there as long as you want it to be.

Go with a paver patio. It will last forever if installed correctly and will probably be cheaper than installing a deck.
