GE to sell lighting business? (appliance, electric, ducts, Cleveland)

With GE selling its appliance business to Haier, it looks like the lighting business may be next:

I wonder, could a potential buyer be Feit Electric? Feit seems to be a fast growing manufacturer of lighting products, and they could get a huge boost with the GE name (I recently bought several pink bulbs from Feit). Regardless of the buyer, I would except the GE name would continue to be used under license for marketing purposes.
