The niftiest room is one I built for a rancher in South Texas many years ago. It was a Florida Room. The swimming pool was an indoor/ outdoor affair with a thermal glass shield that was lowered like a garage door from the ceiling which closed it off during the winter. The pool was heated so you could swim inside while it was sleeting outside if you wanted. The outside of it had storage and several types of bar-b-q pits/smokers. All of it enclosed with copper screen so the bugs were not an issue. It had the typical ice makers, refrigerators, stainless tables, etc. The entire place turned out to be really nice.

The Kitchen, I love good food. Specifically my Aunts house when my grandparents lived there and my grandmother cooked. She was a home cook but her food tasted chef quality. Her meatloaf tasted like Chateaubriand which is baked seasoned filet mignon loin.

Stayed in this hotel. It was AMAZING. Highly recommend if you happen to be over in that part of the world.

In my own home I'd have to say the dining room is my favorite.
