The problem with trying to do this is the outside air temperature isn't going to be where you desire it to be until late in the day, keeping it uncomfortable inside. Add to that, how much warmer does it need to be to overcome the cooling effects of the moving air from the fan. As suggested above, I'd say you are better off just running the heater.

Yes. We use a ceiling fan, but in the summer I use window fans at night to draw in cold air.

You have to open another window at the opposite end of the house in order to get air flowing through.
