There are several old threads on this subject, you might want to look them up.
I haven't seen several. This thread is good enough for me, thanks.
Anyway, to those who responded, thank you. Looks like a lot of happy Toto people. Basically want something that reduces the need for constant plunging due to crappy power. I like commercial toilets because wooosh it's gone. Self cleaning.. what I meant by that is a toilet that reduces the build up of dirt in the bowl. I do plan on cleaning as I always do but it would be nice if the toilet itself could help
I recently remodeled my Grandmothers bathroom for her, my Aunt saw the $100 Aquasense toilet at Lowes. Was very skeptical at first but the reviews were very positive. It works fantastic. I don't think it's labeled double flusher but it is, the low flush for number 1 is more than sufficient for number 2. You don't even need the full flush.
It comes with everything; wax ring, mounting bolts, seat etc. The only thing you need is the water supply hose and the flange on the floor which you should already have.
The seat seems a little cheesy, handle is plastic etc but I think that is to be expected for $100 and those things can be replaced.
I've heard the comfort height is not so comfortable if you're a petite woman -
I can assure you those little toilets are not very comfortable for a large people.... especially when your ....errrrrr stuff..... is dangling dangerously close to the toilet bowl.
We are renovating our house and we finished the guest bath.
I found a great toilet at Lowes. I hate typical toilets with the colon-looking sides and found one with SMOOTH sides. Very easy to clean and looks very modern.
It comes in a typical flush and an automatic flush. We paid $300 or so for it.
