You need an actual contractor who has the staff and/or subs with the different skills needed.
General labor, carpenters, block masons, concrete finishers, etc.
As to any specific recommendations... you need to ask that LOCALLY.
Start with your neighbors.
Forget that.

Maybe if you KNEW what needed to be done and had experience and the time...
but you'll still (almost always) be better off to hire it out.
