I was going to buy this one Hyperikon LED Flush Mount Ceiling Light, 16", 35W (150W equivalent), 3100lm, 3000K (Soft White Glow), 120° Beam Angle, 120-240V, UL and ENERGY STAR Listed, 16-Inch Flush Mount, Instant-On https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01DAWVH4W..._Gj-tybJYHD67H
Yes it does. Ive already bought the LED and also bought the ballast. I will return one of them based on how the LED fixture looks. If I like it I was planning on keeping it and returning the ballast.

Ugg.. I personally dont like any LED unless its 2700k color light. Anything over that looks too white, or too blue. 2700k looks almost identical to an incandescent light bulb
If it was me, I would buy a fixture that used regular light bulbs. When the LED bulb fails, you simply replace the bulb. If you bought that light, when it failed, you would need to replace the whole thing and rewire it.

3000K is pretty good IMO; it's a little bit whiter (similar to many halogen bulbs) but not blue.
I went ahead and installed the light I canceled the order on the LED. The lights are really bright that I have now.
