How often do you vaccuum your house?

Housecleaners come every two weeks and do a thorough cleaning including vacuuming and washing the floor. I spot clean/swivelsweep as needed in between. At some point, I figure I'll get a Roomba or other robot vacuum but it hasn't become a high enough priority quite yet.

RE: sheets, generally they get changed by the housecleaners every 2 weeks, and I change the pillowcases in between. Sometimes I'll add in a sheet change in between but with showering every day, it doesn't usually seem necessary.

I try to keep up with it on a weekly basis because it keeps it from ever becoming a major cleaning job, but I'd be lying if I didn't admit I let it slide for weeks at a time sometimes.
