help milk stain on hardwood floor (smells, bedroom, mold, wood)

Ok so my two year old in her bedroom has a area rug with unfinished wood floors under the rug,hence the area rug. Well she must have spilled a entire cup of milk bc that's what she goes to bed with at night and I didn't notice until her room started to smell like really really bad. So I pulled the rug back in horror to find a black stain on the floor that smells god awful. I scrubbed it yesterday with pine sol and then shampooed the rug. The stain on the floor is still wet looking and dark and it came back up through the area rug.. I know dumb move to put a clean rug over the stain but I figured I had cleaned the odor and it would all dry on its own.. PLEASE HELP
