I know where I am I think they charge too much. They charge like $18-$20 an hr. It will take awhile to clean a house of your size well.

It's totally localized. Here in Austin suburbs, it would be about $75.

It's the same here in the Pocono's, as well. We charge 50 -75, depending on sf and # of bathrooms.

My mother owns her own cleaning business in the Philadelphia PA suburbs. She charges a flat fee for the cleaning of the house and it is usually about $90-$100 for a house that has 2 1/2 bathrooms and is about 2500 square feet. But like others said, it depends on the market and how well you want your place taken care of. My mother does good work, so she has over 120 satisfied customers!

We pay $20 an hour for 2200 sqft house, 3 BR, 2.5 baths and she supplies all the cleaning products. Takes her about 2 hrs.

My daughter has a huge home in NJ and pay $120 a week but that includes laundry, changing linen, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths.

also if you factor in gas, labor, buying the clean products, insurance, bonding
i would say per hour 22.00 to 25.00 . also, if you do some work? if you have as most every other week, 70 to 75 sounds fair for up to 3 hrs. once per month maybe 100.00
for 6 hrs.
