ASHI has been around since 1976, NACHI not nearly as long.
ASHI is a membership run organization. Nachi is a dictatorship owned, and run by one guy. A guy with a very checkered past, by the way.

Trapper has apparently been drinking the cool aid, and swallowed the propaganda.

I'm not going to get into a discussion with Trapper, its not worth my time. My response was to OP, and gave advise to go to Home | American Society of Home Inspectors, ASHI to find an inspector.
