Anything is possible. They are amazing at being able to get into the house. Ugh! When I lived in Pennsylvania, every once in a while we would get them hanging onto the inside of the upstairs bedroom window screen. Never knew how they got in but I'm assuming there was just enough of a gap for them to crawl into.
Do you have screens on the vent on the roof for the bathroom ceiling fan?
The only consolation that I can give you is that you are ONLY seeing one or two a night. Some houses get absolutely infested. Just UGH!
So far *knockonwood* we haven't seen any down here in Florida.
