I used to change mine weekly but when I hurt my back about a year ago I bumped it out to every other week. Since I shower twice daily it's not like I'm dirty - and the dog gets wiped down daily and spritzed with water less baths about every 4-5 days between baths. I also wash my blankets and comforter every month.. Bath towels get washed every 3 days - new washcloths each shower.
Once a week.
As a kid, I had to iron pillowcases, never do now.
I don't mind changing sheets, but if my husband gets involved, he insists on airing out the pad beneath the sheets, and rotating this and flipping over that.
We have a deal now; he strips the bed and does his thing, and I put fresh sheets on.

Once a week. I do the comforter and mattress pad about every month. When I change the sheets I also vacuum my mattress. And I put some lavender essential oil on my mattress, too. I don't iron.
once a week sometimes twice, comforter every 2 weeks, blankets that go on the bed for the dog once a week. I hate doing sheets because it takes about 3 hours just to wash and dry and I put them on the bed as soon as they're dry so there are no wrinkles. I haven't ironed since I was 14? But I love clean sheets go figure. Towels I do every 2-3 days.
Once a week and it would be more if I were rich and had a daily housekeeper. I love, love, love sleeping in clean sheets. However, I hate making the bed. So once a week is what it is. I wash the mattress pad about once a month and the bedspread depending on how dirty the dogs get it (we keep a sheet over the bedspread, but our dogs love wrestling on the bed). Pillow cases are washed when the sheets are.
I also wash our towels every 5 days or so. All of the towels in the house, including the kitchen ones. Washed in hot water.
