I'm studying for the exam in NY now and am looking for a sponsoring broker in NYC. Does anyone have any good experiences with reasonably sized brokerages that offer splits higher than 50%?

I'm not looking for the "100%" split only firms, those mostly seem like they're interested in nickel and diming agents to make a living. No interest.

The best I've found so far seems to be Mont Sky .. they seem to be pretty heavy hitters in luxury sales, has anyone worked for them before? The starting/standard split there seems to be 75% to the agent. Much better than the 50%, 30% or 0% I'm seeing at other places for new agents.

Thoughts and advice welcome, thank you!
