A few months Costco had an incredible price on dimmable LED light bulbs and I bought 6 4-packs of 100 watt replacements. I should have bought more for this big house with many ceiling fixtures that take 2 or 3 bulbs each.

Honeywell UV air treatment lamps (2, one for each hvac unit). Installed them myself in each respective air handler per the instructions. Completely eliminated all odors in my home (2 kids, cat), and can't say for sure, but also thinking they've helped tremendously with containing illnesses from passing from one family member to the next. Used to be that when one got a cold or flu, we'd all get it. That hasn't happened since installing the lights (knock on wood, salt over the shoulder, jinx jinx rubber minx). Bought them from Amazon for $150 each.

Second favorite was LED landscape lights (Hampton Bay via Home Depot) about 2 years ago. Took a few days, some sweet and a few Advil, but installed 25 lights all around my property myself for about $1,500. Yes, I buried the wires. Looks and performs like a pro did it. Quoted the job by two landscape companies - $7,500 was the cheapest quote for basically the exact same fixtures. Have not had a single problem from any of them. Only had to replace one ($25) due to kid hitting it with basketball.

Not recently, but when I remodeled my kitchen, I had them put in an air switch for the garbage disposal. It's just a button near the faucets that turns on the disposal without having to reach for the wall switch with wet hands. It was only 75 bucks, but I just love that thing.

Tramontina knife set (actually I bought 2).

https://smile.amazon.com/Tramontina-...ina+knives+set

Fleece & microfiber sheets plus fleece blankets-all from JCPenny.

I also love my double granite composite sink-mainly because of the size.

Most of the other stuff are antiques/one of a kind pieces of furniture.

In the past month or two we have gotten free replacements for a Delta faucet and a Hunter fan. When those companies say lifetime warranty, they really mean it.

Well, I thought it looked fun, too, but it wasn't until my guy raved about it that I decided to get it. He's got a 2-yr old mentality at times.
