It's a termite worker. If you blow up the image, you can see at least one of its legs, and its antennae. There's the tail end of another one above and to the right. It doesn't look like a termite grub but a fully adult insect (try googling "termite" and "termite grub"). If it were me, I'd have an inspector come out and take a look at my foundation.
