Ok so I've decided to purchase a riding lawnmower. My budget is $1600 max and I want an extended 3 year warranty on top of a 2/3 year manufacturers warranty. I think I can pull it off. I will also get 10% military discount off price of each mower. I have a quarter acre lot. Any suggestions? Want it to last 10 years

I don't. The budget for a reliable lawn tractor starts at $1600.
If you want something with a transmission that'll last long enough to make the purchase worthwhile...
then you're into the 'garden tractor' range and another $2000 over the $1600.
(look for bolts at the rear axel not the slip pin)
And btw... absolutely NONE of the makes/models you're looking at.
If you have a lot of trees & leaves... get the bagger attachment.

Is there a reason that you need a ride on for a lawn that size?
If you're physically capable of walking behind a push mower a Honda will last your 20+ years if you take care of it properly, and even if you treat it like crap it will more than likely last you 10+ years.
If you want to make it a little easier on yourself the self propelled ones are a fine option.
I can't imagine needing a riding mower for just 1/4 of an acre.
let me tell you we have a 1/4 acre and a push mower will near kill you in the summer time in the south so believe me when I say you do need a riding mower for a 1/4 acre and not to mention the 1/4 acre we have in the front so yeah you do need a rider .
You don't need a riding mower for 1/4 lawn. Buy a push mower, or self-propelled, high quality. I'm a 67 yr old woman who owns a few acres and have all sorts of experience with this sort of thing. And IF you are set on a riding mower, buy a John Deere, NOT from a box store: the quality is actually different! But the JD from an actual JD dealership - you won't need a warranty. Those things go for about 15 years, mowing once a week, over half an acre. Good luck!
