I had a huge package of really cheap paper plates, the thin ones that would be horrible if you were trying to eat from them without a table. But they were fine in a microwave.
So those ran out and I bought what I thought were the same, but they are not. They are mostly foam and foam is not good in microwaves after about one minute.
So stick with paper, the cheaper the better. And use several if you think you need them.

What do people get for takeout? How do they eat their food?
Yes - This is what I want to know. Or are we back to the old GI trick of always carrying a spork with you along with your P-38 can opener? (Still carry my P-38 haven't carried a spork in a while)
