There will be more of this happening I am afraid.

You are right... take the hit on credit... it is NOT the end of the world.

Now she has bad credit and a criminal record... Bloy, that will make it MUCH easier to rebuild her life after losing her home... (did you hear the sarcasm?)

I got it, Hee Hee. You know - how could anyone think this would be a solution? I know I would feel desperate but arson and a felony record? Geeeeee.
