If I sell my house the normal way I will lose $10K+ and I don't even know if I want to sell the house because I can't make decision. I really don't care one way or another because I do have a few screws loose. Oh yes I'm 71 years old. Anyway I would just like to put a sign in my front yard but I would like to put it in the MLS just to make me happy I guess. I also have a dog I have to care for and a roommate I'm trying to get rid of which is why I have a few screws loose. So does anyone know what I should do. Remember if you answer I have a dog I have to care for and a roommate I sure don't want to leave here alone overnight?
I’m wildly out of date here, but I was under the impression that unless you went with an agent you couldn’t get on the MLS. I’d call a couple of agents and get an idea of costs and call one of those low cost agents — there’s some new ones now, that I can’t remember the name.
Their jobs are to sell homes and they’d be happy to give you an idea.
Personally, I think if someone admits to "having a few screws loose" there are probably even more issues - you need someone you trust to take care of you and do what is in your best interest (and I agree, mental health help is needed).

Your right I do see mental health at the VA hospital and I hope I didn't offend anyone.
